Le travail du cultivateur consiste \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des plantes saines qui peuvent g\u00e9rer diff\u00e9rents facteurs de stress tout au long de la saison de croissance afin de pr\u00e9server le plus de rendement possible. En fin de compte, il n'y a que deux facteurs qui d\u00e9terminent le rendement des cultures c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le nombre de graines, et<\/li>\n<li>le poids moyen des graines (taille des graines).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Comprendre comment les plants de soja r\u00e9gulent le nombre de graines en r\u00e9ponse au stress nous permet de savoir comment pr\u00e9server les rendements de soja. Ces connaissances, associ\u00e9es aux outils de gestion des cultures appropri\u00e9s, nous donnent un avantage certain pour lutter contre la perte de rendement. Le nombre de graines de soja, l'une des composantes cl\u00e9s du rendement mentionn\u00e9es ci-dessus, est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le nombre de fleurs produites, le nombre de gousses conserv\u00e9es sur la plante et le nombre de graines par gousse.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col col-12 col-lg-2 hidden-sm hidden-xs\">\n    <div class=\"col-inner\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"col col-12\">\n    <div class=\"col-inner\"><div class=\"row\">\n    <div class=\"col col-12\">\n    <div class=\"col-inner\"><div class=\"w-space\" style=\"height:40px\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<p>Les fleurs des plants de soja peuvent \u00eatre produites sur tous les n\u0153uds des tiges et des branches, et le nombre de fleurs est fortement influenc\u00e9 par l'importance de la ramification. Le nombre de branches et leur longueur sont \u00e9tonnamment flexibles et r\u00e9agissent \u00e0 la densit\u00e9 du peuplement et \u00e0 l'espacement des plantes. Les fleurs produites sont des \"fleurs compl\u00e8tes\", ce qui signifie qu'elles contiennent les quatre parties fondamentales de la fleur : s\u00e9pales, p\u00e9tales, \u00e9tamines et pistil. La structure d'une fleur de soja garantit que 98% des gousses de soja r\u00e9sultent de l'autopollinisation, ce qui produit deux \u00e0 trois fois plus de fleurs qu'il n'y aura de gousses au moment de la r\u00e9colte. Cette capacit\u00e9 exc\u00e9dentaire fait partie d'une strat\u00e9gie visant \u00e0 produire des graines viables m\u00eame si le stress provoque l'abscission des fleurs.<\/p>\n<p>L'abscission est un processus important qui contr\u00f4le la charge des gousses (et le nombre de graines) sur les plants de soja. Les mauvaises conditions de croissance, y compris la s\u00e9cheresse, l'ombre des mauvaises herbes, la d\u00e9foliation des feuilles et m\u00eame de longues p\u00e9riodes de nuages, augmentent la quantit\u00e9 d'abscission. Cependant, m\u00eame dans d'excellentes conditions de croissance, l'abscission de 50% ou plus des fleurs est normale. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que pr\u00e8s de 100% des fleurs de soja sont f\u00e9cond\u00e9es, la diminution du nombre de gousses est due \u00e0 l'avortement des gousses qui se produit apr\u00e8s la f\u00e9condation des fleurs.<\/p>\n<div class=\"w-heading heading-8 text-left\">\n    <div class=\"w-wrapper\">\n                 \n        <h2>           \n            Comprendre l'avortement des graines de soja        <\/h2>\n                    <\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"w-space\" style=\"height:30px\"><\/div>\n<p>Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s la f\u00e9condation des ovules dans l'ovaire, la paroi de la gousse commence \u00e0 s'\u00e9tendre et est presque compl\u00e8te au moment o\u00f9 le remplissage des graines commence. Lorsque la croissance de la paroi de la gousse est termin\u00e9e, les graines en d\u00e9veloppement n'ont obtenu qu'environ 5% de leur poids sec final.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une gousse normale dont les graines se d\u00e9veloppent normalement, les graines au stade R6 rempliront presque enti\u00e8rement la cavit\u00e9 de la gousse. Le nombre de graines dans une gousse est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le nombre d'ovules dans l'ovaire, le nombre de ces ovules f\u00e9cond\u00e9s et le nombre de graines qui poursuivent leur d\u00e9veloppement jusqu'\u00e0 maturit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00e9condation r\u00e9ussie d'un ovule ne signifie pas que la graine qui en r\u00e9sulte poursuivra son d\u00e9veloppement jusqu'\u00e0 maturit\u00e9 - l'avortement de la graine peut se produire pour n'importe quelle graine en croissance. Il est fr\u00e9quent que 10 \u00e0 20% des graines f\u00e9cond\u00e9es avortent, plus de 90% des avortements se produisant dans les 30 jours suivant la f\u00e9condation.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de leur d\u00e9veloppement, les graines ont besoin d'un flux r\u00e9gulier d'eau, d'hydrates de carbone et de nutriments min\u00e9raux. Tout stress qui r\u00e9duit l'un de ces besoins peut augmenter le taux d'avortement des graines. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les graines sont plus vuln\u00e9rables \u00e0 l'avortement au d\u00e9but de leur d\u00e9veloppement, un stress au cours du stade de croissance R4 est plus susceptible de r\u00e9duire le nombre de graines par gousse que les stress qui surviennent plus t\u00f4t ou plus tard au cours de la saison de croissance.
